1. The Regulations define the terms and conditions of reservation and rent of the apartments placed on the website www.justapart.pl. Making the reservation means acceptance by the Client of the provisions of these Regulations. At the moment of making a reservation a facility rent agreement shall be concluded between Just Apart company and the Client, on conditions set forth in the Regulations and price list.

2. The apartment shall be reserved by means of a reservation form placed on the website www.justapart.pl. The Client shall receive by e-mail or telephone information with the bank account number to which he shall be obliged to pay the reservation deposit in the amount of 30 per cent of the rent price or the total price. The deposit shall be paid within 72 hours. The payment of the deposit to Just Apart’s bank account shall be the confirmation of the reservation.  In case no payment is settled within 72 hours, the rent agreement shall be dissolved.  

3. The agreement concluded between Just Apart and the Client concerns exclusively the apartment’s rent. The price given in the e-mail is a gross price including utility and end-cleaning charges.

4. Arrival shall take places at the times established with the person responsible for giving guests the keys. The Client shall inform this person about the planned time of arrival one day before the arrival at the latest. The check-in time starts at 14.00 hrs. The check-out time is 11.00 hrs.

5. In the event of impossibility of arrival at the time established before, the Client shall contact Just Apart immediately. The Client shall be obliged to pay the amount for the rent placed on the voucher even in the event the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened for reasons other than the facility owner’s fault.

6. The Client shall follow good neighbour code of conduct and shall leave the facility in a not deteriorated condition. The Client shall be also obliged to wash the dishes and clean kitchen utensils before the departure because this is beyond the scope of activities included in the price. The Client shall immediately notify the person responsible for giving the keys about any damage and missing objects in the facility as well as report damage done during the stay. The Client shall cover the costs of the damage and its removal. Just Apart shall decide on the way of compensation.

7. By no means may more persons than the maximum number of guests defined during the reservation stay in the apartment. The Client’s failure to fulfil this provision of the Regulations shall result in immediate leaving the facility by the persons renting it and a waiver of any claims to Just Apart.  

8. If during the performance of this Agreement there are justified suspicions that the provisions of the Regulations are violated, which could result in damaged property or in risking the lives of persons staying in the facility and its surroundings, Just Apart reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with the immediate effect.

9. In the event the reservation is cancelled, the Client shall be obliged to inform Just Apart about it. Any time the Client shall be entitled to transfer to any third person all rights arising out of the reservation free of charge provided that the third party accepts all obligations arising out of this reservation. In such a case Just Apart shall be notified immediately about this change and shall be provided with the personal data of the persons to whom rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be assigned.

10. The “last minute” reservation refers to reservation made less than 2 days before the arrival date. In the case of the “Last Minute” reservation the deposit shall not be paid. On the arrival date the Client shall be obliged to settle the entire price at the person responsible for giving the keys. Upon making the reservation it is necessary to confirm the reservation by telephone within 2 hours from the moment of making the reservation at the number indicated at www.justapart.pl. The failure to confirm the reservation by phone at the above-mentioned time shall result in dissolution of the Agreement.

11. Just Apart reserves the right not to give keys to a person under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or behaving in an aggressive way and thus endangering directly other people and property.
12. The governing law for disputes between the owner and the Client shall be the Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the court appropriate for the seat of Just Apart.

13. In case of the occurrence of unpredictable circumstances whose consequences cannot be eradicated by usual means immediately, Just Apart reserves the right to offer the Client a substitute facility similar to the facility reserved before. In the event of force majeure, Just Apart shall be entitled to dissolve the Agreement. It also refers to the events where the Client’s personal safety or the security of the Client’s property cannot be guaranteed for reasons other than depending on Just Apart. The amounts already settled by the Client shall be refunded immediately, less the amounts for services that have already been provided. 

14. Just Apart herewith informs that it is the brand belonging to the following entity:
